Dr Christopher Lim, ( MBBS, BDS, OMS ) is a Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He has a special interest in treating jaw joint (TMJ) conditions and have completed advanced training in both the United States and New Zealand. The main procedures he performs is keyhole (arthroscopic) surgery and joint replacement for the TMJ. Dr Lim also provides care in jaw (orthognathic) surgery, facial trauma, and wisdom tooth removal.
He began my career studying Dentistry at the University of Sydney and later completed a Medical Degree at Monash University before finishing specialist surgical training in New Zealand. Dr Lim worked in Christchurch for many years as a consultant and supervisor of surgical training before returning to Sydney in 2024.
Dr Lim's philosophy is simple: to treat every patient with respect, honesty, and care. He wants his patients to feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment.
Dr Lim is pleased to be joining Dr Paul Amailuk in proving surgical services to the Coffs Harbour region, with Baringa Private Hospaital and Ranmsay Surgical Centre.
