Ramsay Health Care has had a long association with Coffs Harbour having established Baringa Private Hospital in 1978 as its first medical /surgical hospital and its first hospital outside of Sydney.

Baringa Private Hospital is a 78 bed licensed hospital, (64 Rehabilitation / Surgical, 12 Mental Health, 2 ICU) providing advanced surgery, interventional coronary angiography including the implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators, ICU, endovascular & general surgery, general medical, rehabilitation, palliative care and mental health. Our theatre complex offers state of the art operating facilities, including a newly commissioned ophthalmic theatre. Baringa has a day medical unit which caters for patients requiring chemotherapy and day intravenous therapy.

Ramsay Health Plus Coffs Harbour is a highly regarded practice of allied health professionals delivering physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, psychology services, pre-employment screening and a range of other services. Ramsay Health Plus Coffs Harbour is on-site at Baringa Private Hospital and provides both inpatient and outpatient services from an excellent facility that boasts treatments rooms, a fully equipped gym and is the only physiotherapy / rehabilitation provider to have their own large hydrotherapy pool.

Ramsay Clinic Coffs Harbour offers day rehabilitation services for patients suffering mood disorders including anxiety, depression and PTSD. Ramsay Clinic Coffs Harbour is located on site at Baringa Private Hospital. The unit boasts a relaxed atmosphere for day patients attending our Day programs.
