The nursing and other staff at Baringa pride themselves in providing personalised care to each patient. We provide each patient on admission with a satisfaction survey. I read each survey that is returned on a daily basis. I am happy to visit any patient in the privacy of their room during admission if there is any aspect of our care you wish to discuss. We respond to all feedback and constantly strive for ways of improving our service to you.
Much of our clinical care is provided by specially qualified teams and we provide a full allied health service that includes access to physiotherapists, occupation therapists, dieticians, speech therapists as well as clinical psychologists as required.
Baringa finances new equipment and facilities on an ongoing basis. All of our beds are electric and our clinical equipment is frequently reviewed and updated.
All meals are provided by resort style chefs and all rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily.
A concierge service at our main reception provides daily newspaper services, transport arrangements, billing information, telephone arrangements and special requests.
